Superlative

I met Andy today, at the Manchester City Art Gallery, to discuss the launch of our walking website - "Superlative-walks.com"

We had a walk around the gallery and came upon this painting - "The Great Green Hills of Yorkshire" by Bertram Priestman (1913). It is painted from a position above Hebden Bridge looking towards Heptonstall on the right and Stoodley Pike on the hills in the distance. This was an amazing coincidence.  The first version of our website includes just four walks - in Liverpool, Manchester, Lancaster and Hebden Bridge.  That latter walk covers much of the ground depicted in the painting.

The plan is to add more walks to the site over the coming months. We have designed and completed a further ten walks which will be made available, as soon as I have collated all the descriptions and photographs.  Further walks are planned, at a rate of approximately one per month. I would be most grateful for any comments from Blippers, both here and via the comments facility on the site itself.
