Saturday: Morning Market

It's Saturday so it's market day. Well, actually the market is there every morning, apart from Sundays. But Saturday is the day that most people flock down. It's great - the atmosphere is really nice as people barter with their regular store holders.

It's a lovely day here today - not too hot for a change so I had a lovely little wander before I did the shopping. We have spent so much time getting out and about seeing things in the area that a bit more wandering round the streets here wouldn't come amiss. Definitely in the autumn and winter, I think.

K. comes home tonight and she is bringing bacon! I am so excited.

Must go and pretend that I have been watering the plants......maybe she will believe my story about a severe drought coupled with a burst water main........
