Between fen and mountains

Autumn composition

I spent the morning in the kitchen and some of the afternoon in the garden.  I was pleased with my new sourdough recipe,  sesame seeds and a wholewheat and white flour mix with a poppy seed crust.  I decided I would cycle to the farm shop for some exercise to get some butternut squashes.  I made a vat of soup and enjoyed a bowl of it for lunch.
