Up and out by 8 for a roll along the coast to Aberlady. Stopped for a few pics and then came back again, running into rather a lot of of cyclists coming the other way in drabs and drabs as part of the Poppyscotland Sportive.

Home mid-morning and straight into cooking for friends coming round for lunch who we haven't seen for ages. A very lovely afternoon was had by all.
