Almscliffe Crags
A bit of mixed weather today for our walk with the club.
Dull then a little mizzle, and finally sunshine.
It was quite grey when I took this photo from the top of Almscliffe Crags looking towards Otley Chevin in the distance.
We had walked about 3 miles from Stainburn Moor, over Lindley Moor and then it was another mile before we had lunch.
Afterwards 4 and a half more miles back, via Graythorne, to the car park, and then on to the pub for a rest and drink before we started back home.
The walk took us over some lovely countryside, with great views.
Cooler today and so it was better for walking.
Always nice to meet up with everyone, some we hadn't seen for a while, and so there was plenty of chatter, and laughter along the way, as usual.
Now looking forward to Cornish Pasties for tea, and Poldark on the TV tonight. ( will be recording Victoria)
Hope you have all had a good weekend too.
