CAKE!!!

Up and at it.

Breakfast, girls off to ballet, sucking, sorting, and then we all piled into the car and had a windy and wet drive down to Da Shire.

Lunch, then a walk up 'the street' to Thomas Tosh, a lovely shop with lots of great books and gifts.

The kids spent ages looking at the books. Many requests for purchases.

We then wandered back up the road, in the rain, collecting acorns.

Back, into jammies (we were soaked), a film, party food, the blowing out of candles, kids to bed, wine, random tv, bed.
