Cake....

A morning baking and cooking in preparation for visiting my Mum this weekend for an early birthday catch up.

Beetroot and walnut hummus, red velvet cake (decorated tonight when I got home from work) and a veg puff pastry tart.

Another trip to the shops to grab a few things (wine, flowers, cocktail sticks) before heading off to work.

Fun with the boys, right up until their Dad came home, and the youngest decided to trip over and smash his face into a coffee table. Poor soul. No cuts, just a massive big bump on his brow.

Home to Iain and the SBG. I got back at bedtime, but I still got a rundown of their day.

Dinner, phone calls, Ghostbusters (which I loved) and soon to bed.
