Snow Dogs by the Sea

From tomorrow, until the end of November there's a sculpture trail of 45 Snow Dogs around Brighton & Hove.   They're inspired by the animated movie the Snowman and the Snowdog and have been sponsored by local companies and are painted in different designs.   At the end of November they'll be auctioned off for charity.

I had arranged to meet Tannie in town for lunch and was lucky to find a couple of them as they've started to be put in their positions ready for the start of the trail tomorrow.  Coincidentally this one is called Bobby, so a perfect find for the start of my photo collection - I think you may be seeing a few of these appearing in my blips over the next couple of months :-)

After lunch, I headed home as Vanessa was due to arrive about 3.30pm as we had a night out planned at Proud Cabaret.  The weather has been gorgeous again so when she arrived we took the boys for a walk at the beach and stopped at the White Horse for Fizzy Friday - two glasses of Prosecco for £5!

Our night at Proud Cabaret was fun - dinner and a burlesque show!  Vanessa used to be a dancer at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, so she was really intrigued to see this in Brighton.

Looking forward to Alan arriving home in the morning!
