Stromness Pier braces itself

A change in the weather is definitely on the way.  Slightly cooler and there’s a lot more energy in the air, and we can smell the sea a bit more.  The gannets have also started to muster below our house.  The clouds have started rolling in over the Hoy Hills.

Just before the weekend is always a good time to welcome Ptah the El Daoud back into your life.  Add a soupcon of Eberhard Weber (which I am about to do) and Robert is your mother’s brother.
