My great grandfather's axe

How does it go? "This is my great grandfather's axe. My grandfather replaced the handle and my father replaced the blade. This is my great grandfather's axe." Something like that.

I'm not planning to enter into a philosophical discussion here but today I replaced the nib on this old favourite of mine. This pen has featured in my blog previously, maybe three years ago; it was lost for a while and then I found it on the gravel car park outside the old cottage. I had clearly reversed over it. It still worked, though, and it's even better now with its new nib.
