Climbing Trees

now this is the sort of thing kids should be out doing instead of sat glued to screens.

Today:
Went into town early to return the parcel that was finally delivered at 6pm last night! Then bought the new Hairy Bikers recipe book (really narked about their dietary advice..carbs are bad, cut the carbs, go on a diet when you feel the weight creeping on..wrong, all wrong) but the recipes look good.

Home and straight out again to the Duthie Park for a kick about and some frisbee. My son decided he wanted to play at the park for a wee bit and this also involved climbing a tree :)

My daughter had a physio appointment but my husband took her to this to give me a break from going up there.

Didn't do much of anything this afternoon..I'm really tired today but not sleepy, just no oomph about me. Read the guardian online..found out that Tesco are opening a chain of coffee shops and that Dobbie's Garden Centres are also part of the Tesco group too!
