Education regulations

I lifted my head from proposal writing for long enough to take a walk with N down to the shore and back up through the grounds of the university.  I remember when we attended there (a very long time ago), the parking regulations and bye laws were stricter than strict.  Nothing seems to have changed, except in those days you didn't have to pay to park.  Bad news on the cold front, that sneezing fellow passenger on the plane over from France seems to have infected me. Now there should be a bye law forbidding that!
