Flight of heroes

A stupidly long last 36hrs with a decent flight but very little sleep. Problems with the baggage system when we arrived but this frustration was over when we went through passport control with the GB Paralympic team and I got to shake this gentlemens - Richard Whitehead - hand and say well done. A sprint and marathon legend

Sleep very much needed then back to reality with a bump and a 09.30 meeting in Bourne Lincolnshire.
