At the game

Great day. One of the toughest 13 mile runs I've ever done out to the Golden Gate & back but included some of the steepest road hills I've ever come across. I covered the infamous Lombard St, up & down, and Hyde St where your feet are literally above you at some points. At the top of one hill I almost threw up it was that pleasant..

Then it was off to the lunchtime ball game and much calmer surroundings, in 30 degrees, to watch the the SF Giants lose unfortunately to the St Louis Cardinals

We're due to fly back tomorrow night but we're not going & have decided to stay here. Take care all..
