Warm Light

Taken in between coming out of Starbucks and going along to see Grandma.
It was a horrible visit, she was grumpy from the start and moaned all the time. Because of her dementia she repeated all her moans and questions about 5 times in the space of an hour.
I came away with mixed feelings. I'm angry that she loaded all that on me, and it feels like too much pressure to handle . But she doesn't know that.
I also feel sorry for her that she has all those moans.

Home to process it all and cope the only way I know, when I feel like this.
