Uninvited guest

Looks like it's time to bring the Neem spray out and give the Winter Roses a spray.

The new system I'm setting up at work got the better of me today. Tomorrow is another day and eventually systems are tamed. On the house front I'm told EQC will reimburse me for all my alarm woes. The cheque is in the mail. Seems they don't take the electronic approach.

Apparently they have approved my second lot of repairs but I'm yet to see the scope of works and sign off on them. There is still a bit to negotiate to do with the practicalities of shifting out. I do know they'll pay for my accommodation and Benedict's lengthy stay at the 5-star luxury cat accommodation.

It all pales into significance though as I think of my friend. I have 2 friends who are living with devastating conditions and they do put live into perspective.
