The old and the new

On the right is one of the only high rise buildings remaining post quake in Christchurch, the Forsyth Barr building. It's currently being repaired and strengthened. I know people who were in the building when the Feb 2011 quake struck. Not nice.

On the left is the new music performance centre in Armagh St called The Piano. It's got some interest to it but maybe not as much as I expected. 

Life has been put into perspective today with the news a dear friend has a brain tumor. Everything else falls away.
