Walking...

...today with my big sis took us onto Hayes Common and some beautiful greenery. The trees are beginning to turn into their autumn colours and I collected their fruits as we walked....see my extra. Think we clocked up some 7.5 miles.

The shandy at The Fox , Keston was very refreshing....

Looking at this now I see how bad it is! All out of focus when posted from my phone. The reality was SO much better.
