Long Time Ago (2)

I didn't realise I had this photo, it was one of my Mothers favourites of me. It was only whilst looking for a photo of Barry that I found it.

The photograph was taken in 1956 on the banks of the Thames between Walton-on-Thames and Sunbury Lock, at the time I was living with my maternal grandparents at Weir Road.

I guess part of the reason that my Mum liked it was that a split second after the photograph was taken the swan bit my finger!
