Catch Up

Sunday morning and another is upon us and it's back into routine.
Up, coffee, bacon buttie & oj for Josh, shower dressed and up to the club.

Josh trained and I went shopping but got back in time to watch their training match. Josh is fitter and keener than he's ever been and it shows, he's more athletic and receiving compliments on his play from the coaching staff.

Home and first lot of laundry out followed by the white shirts. The kids chose wraps for dinner so I prepared all that in advance and made a Shepherds Pie for tomorrow night.

Sam collected from work in the rain, Clare left for work and I settled down with the papers and the final episode of "The Trials Of Jimmy Rose".
