Rowan

A short break in Galloway.
Left home in the morning, stopped for coffee and scones in Straiton and had the tent up in Glen Trool site before lunch.
It was very warm and muggy, also quite hazy, so it was t-shirt and shorts for a walk round the lower part of Glen Trool. A lot of trees have been cut down since we were last there (maybe 6 or 7 years ago) so the views from the trail were better (see extra).
It was still warm enough to cook and eat tea outside and then a wander down to the pub for a drink.
