10 years!

We've been married for 10 years today! Wow what a lot has happened in that time. Glad to say we are still best friends.

This morning we visited the Albertine gallery which said it had a Monet and van Gogh exhibition on. Was a good gallery but bit misrepresented as there were only two Monet's there and three Van Gogh's. Still a good exhibition though. Had to have a bit of a giggle at one contemporary art painting (see extra pic!!)

We got some Wurst from the stand outside which some trip advisor reviews had raved about. I found it very fatty and salty (not a massive fan of Austrian cuisine I'm afraid) and a couple of beers then went and sat in the park. Really hot today and just felt like snoozing but didn't want to waste the short time we have here.

This afternoon we visited the Schonbrunn palace which was fascinating and very beautiful. After going round the state rooms we explored the grounds and maze. It's absolutely massive.

Back to the hotel to change before heading out for dinner. Found a nice bar where a really good band was playing. There wasn't much on the menu to choose from but we chose some anti pasti, goats cheese salad and the most amazing bruchetta I have ever had and ended up being a fabulous meal.
