Die eierlegende Wollmilchsau

Today I saw this "egg-laying, milk-bearing woolly sow" on a poster. Funny enough we used this german term in a meeting yesterday, trying to explain the meaning to a french speaking colleague. Of course there is no direct translation, and many suggested translations on the internet are not correct (for example to translate it by the term 'swiss army knife'). The swiss army knife does exist, an eierlegende Wollmilchsau does not exist. It is about non-compatible wishes or requirements. To give an example about the meaning: a job posting searching a person under 30 years old, with an university degree, 15+ years business experience and a low salary.
