Illusion

I chose to blip this image simply because I was taken with how on such a bright sunny day, the shadows were intense, so taking a photo of the goldenrod against the background of the shadows gave the illusion of a black background when there was really a forest there.  (I suppose that qualifies for a run-on sentence?)

I love photographing light and shadows.  The way the two 'play' together has always caught my eye and I strive to capture it. I love how you can photograph the exact same subject about a hundred times at different times, different weather conditions, different angles...and get a new image based up on the light and shadows really.

One of my obsessions...there you have it!
