Cathedral Close

We visited Exeter to have a celebratory meal as its my husband's birthday today.  We managed to dodge the thunder, lightning and rain successfully and had a good meal.  This photo was taken in Cathedral Close and the door is to the Devon and Exeter Institution, a subscription library founded in 1813 for "The general diffusion of science, literature and the arts".

Back home now and the garden is progressing well, but its very muddy now that all the grass has been removed.
