whisked off to p's house for a couple of days in the lower north shore. after the confusion of last night when i turned up at her house 2 hours late and found that her ex had already emptied himself in to a bottle of wine, we had a chilled day. she found me some chick lit so i sat on her balcony drinking tea and reading while she worked.

headed out to see greenwich which didnt grab me. watched p do her athletics coaching on a reserve near the water and chatted to an athletics mum while roxy bathed herself in mud (hence the bath). tried to persuade p to go in to the city but her tiredness prevailed and we ate a pokey thai curry instead.
