Gales today, so it wasn't easy to photograph this finch as the branches were bobbing up and down.  I was upset to see a greenfinch with what looks like trichomonosis, the disease that has killed so many of them, so have removed the feeder and water bowl to prevent further spread of the disease.  It's recommended that you stop feeding birds for a fortnight when you see this, so that's what I'll do.  I have put a picture of the affected bird as an extra...I hope I am mistaken...it is the red marking on the beak that alerted me.
