'Jen bday meal 22nd'

I'm going to concede that despite the arctic monsoon start to summer it's redeemed itself well. These warm late summer evenings are pleasing.

Today was good despite the soil spillage around my desk after a big plant toppled over during the weekend.

Today I spent longer than I should have doing two things: eating my colleague's Granny Eileen's flapjack and reading Facebook updates by a friend who had been added accidentally to a whatsapp group discussing the above titled event, despite knowing none of the group members. It transpires that Jen suffers from reflux and was worried about eating late so my friend offered to bring along some Gaviscon.

'It's ok Hun, I've got tablets'.
