Towneley Hall, Burnley

Heritage and Woodland Day. 

Lots going on in the park today, including a falconry display, a pipe band, a women in the woods with a triple harp, willow weaving, story telling, guided walks and much, much more. 

The guys in this photo didn't half make a racket. It sounded like canon fire and some of the younger children seemed traumatised by it, especially as some of the actors fell down pretending to be dead. It was too realistic.
