All about the bathroom!

Had our last Sri Lankan breakfast at the Thaprobani Retreat, we were both very sad to say goodbye to everyone as they were all so lovely and the service was excellent.
Headed off on the long car drive to Columbo and had a very nice pit stop at 'Food City' who did an amazing selection of food stuff. Paul in his usual kid style had to buy an icecream!

Very comfortable flight and arrived into the Dehli madness early evening. Took a very very long time to get from the airport into town. Traffic everywhere and all cars/buses squashed full of people...big change from Sri Lanka.
Arrived at The Imperial, Dehli in our government car....already we were lowering the tone and we had not even checked in yet!

Had a lovely surprise when we got to our room, a gorgeous chocolate cake had been made for us, not left on the toilet seat but the bathroom was so utterly spotless we thought it was quite fitting!
