Just over 2 weeks until college starts so tonight was "College Cooking Lesson" night for the Squidleys.

They made chicken fajitas. Nick sauteed the chicken, before moving onto the tortilla station and checking his cellphone. Kate sauteed onions, pepper, cilantro and kumatos. The chicken was thrown back in before being put on the tortillas with some grated cheese.

Yummy. I could have eaten it myself, except we're having salmon tonight.
