Color Accent

I have thoroughly enjoyed this scarlet colored Crepe Myrtle bush this year.  To show off its color, I decided to play with the color accent options on my Canon SX40 where a color is selected in the camera with the rest of the photo being mono.  Notice the red bird feeder in the back left as well.  Fun on a Sunday shooting.  The two bluebird houses have had residents this year.  The terracotta hanging piece in the edge of the woods is bird feeder that retained most of its color in the red accent.
