Those Three Words, Are Said Too Much
Clouds were everywhere today - big fluffy ones, small skinny ones, weird round ones... And the wind was blowing a hooly.
Whilst Himself nipped over to give more of our money to local DIY shops, I went outside to check on the drying out of my seed cuttings. They had all blown off the table, so I spent fifteen minutes to pick them all up again, and put them in bags, which I pinned to the washing line - to allow them to dry out naturally; when I went out side tonight they had all blown away again, and it was too dark for me too find them.
Today, we have painted (himself - he won't let me near a paintbrush), and I built cabinets. Yes, I, myself, built the cabinets. I was totally impressed with myself. I think Himself allowed me to do this, to make up for not being allowed to paint.
We had a walk to clear away the paint and dirt... the walk along the beach was hard - the wind was blowing so hard; I couldn't hear myself think, so conversation was out of the question; but on the way back, it was easier - the wind pushed us most of the way, and we could hear again.
The car park had been full to bursting so we had parked up the street a bit, away from the beach, and so the walk back allowed me to push my head between the railings of a newly gated property which has just been finished. It's glorious. I informed himself it was my intention to befriend the people who lived in said house, and become a regular fixture at their front window.
It' won't be a problem. I'm sure. being over-friendly isn't a crime eh?
