Climbing Mountains

We set off from Parrerdale up toward Angle Tarm then went left to the top of Place Fell where we sheltered from the wind and ate our picnic. 
A steep accent and descent which was very sore on the knees. About 8 miles with a 550 m climb. I'm not sure I will be able to move tomorrow.
