Fun in the bath?!!!

BACKBLIPPING - still filling in the gaps for August!

Had a restless night and was sitting in bed eating cheese and digestive biscuits at 3 am! I did sleep in late and woke to discover a message from Colourful Mai about the Women Who Walk morning with Nellie of the woods – that was a definite miss then! The rest of the day was actually quite productive – I did the chicken bill for the last 2 months and my own finances. In the afternoon Nellie of the woods called in and we had a chat and discussed how mad it was that people had to timetable relaxation time and even structure it as if it was a part of work. I have a friend who bought a specific type of phone so she could download an exercise app to help her do exercise! We both agreed work with its demands to run to time leaves one with the mentality of always thinking of the next thing to do, and we are both trying to be mindful of just enjoying the “now.” 
Seeing as the weather was glum I decided to play with some lights in my bathroom – ended up standing in the bath with my tripod!  I cooked myself a proper meal from my Hello Fresh box and then visited the plot to inspect it for damage from the wind and rain. My wind proofing had worked and thankfully everything was still intact on my plot and the chickens! Finally, home Via Friends to feed Milkshake and have another bonding session – she ran downstairs to greet me!
