asheville - day 2

day 2 of the battle we refer to as 'christmas jam'.

after the nearly 7 1/2 hours of music we made it through last night, we had the courage (or the stupidity) to face-off again tonight.

before the actual x-mas jam, we decided to attend the kevn kinney daytime x-mas jam as well - we made it from 12:30 to about 4p - live music tally up to 11 hours now in less than a day.

tonight, there was way too much to list that amazed me from some amazing artists - johnny winter, coheed and cambria, michael franti, ben harper, and of course, john paul jones again the belle of the ball - absolutely transforming the gov't mule set into a night of zep jams.

encore to end this whole thing? when the levee breaks - awesome!

of course, i am so satisfied to say we made it through to the very end tonight.
