Welcome to Canada's newest citizen

Our good friend G was just granted Canadian citizenship at the most recent ceremony in Toronto. He has been here 37 years (from Germany) and is married to a lovely Canadian wife for the past 21 years. They hosted a fabulous catered celebration tonight. The meal was very multi-cultural including caeser salad, pad thai and butter chicken. Toronto is known for being one of the most (if not THE most) culturally diverse city in the world. It is one of the things that makes it such a fun and intetesting city. We were very honoured to be included with his family and closest friends to celebrate this momentus occasion.
