Laying laminate flooring

R and G wanted to lift the carpet and lay laminate in their living room.  Since we have extensive some experience (after laying the flooring in the office) W offered to come over and help.

We arrived around lunchtime today.  R and I (with Robin) went off to the "big blue and yellow store" to get (amongst other things) curtain rings.

When we got home, W and G had done almost all the floor.  Just a few (rather awkward) pieces to lay.
