inspired by a spiral flower bud

I was helping with the weeding at Gatesbield today. It is an amazing garden with some wonderful varieties of flowers and shrubs. This flower, when opened, looks like a yellow ox eye daisy. In bud, it looks like a cross between a thistle and a dandelion clock. Here, it is just beginning to unfurl.
