A one shot wonder

It was uplifting watching the Swallows flying and feeding over the fields at Crowden this afternoon.

I took one shot of a Swallow before giving up on the idea of a photo and just watched them.  I never checked if it was any good till now ( bedtime!) and I love it - a bit of a 'one shot wonder'.  

A lunchtime highlight was seeing a Little Owl - just a distant view but worth seeing. (added as Extra photo)
