The tree surgeon.

We got up early this morning, as J wanted to make a start on the annual tree trimming.  He started on the outside, and the biggest drawback is, people stop to talk.  I  had to gather up all the clippings, and was doing really well, but then a  lady who used to be our next door neighbour, stopped to talk, and we must have been there for at least forty five minutes. When he had finished the outside, we stopped to have lunch, and sat out the garden. Then it was round two, and  by the time he had finished,I had gathered up seven bags.  We then loaded up the car, and took the rubbish up the tip. Luckily, it was empty when we got there, so that didn't take long. Straight  back home, and I went in the shower, while J put everything away. Now it's J's turn to shower, and we  are going to have  an easy meal of pizza and salad.  I think we will sleep well tonight.
