Switch it on then off again...

Never ideal to wake up to the headline news that BA's systems have gone down globally... particularly when you have a flight with them 8 hours later. Their IT guys were trying to fix it over in N America. By 09.00 we knew our 17.15 flight to Vancouver was delayed by 3hrs but 'you should be at the airport in sufficient time if anything changes'.

We're now into our 4th hour in the lounge and a little wired on coffee as we land 06.00 UK time..
