Oooooof!

That's the sound that I made as the metaphorical bus came and ran me over.

In order to ensure that I didn't completely collapse, I left the building before 5pm AND I left my bag of work (and the ridiculous 2 page list of jobs that need doing) in work.  I am not going to destroy myself for the sake of work anymore.  Black and white hides the red rimmed eyes!

James had a great first day at college.  We celebrated with coffee and cake this evening.

Now, shower and bed.  Aiming for sleep to take me some time before 10.30pm!
