Big day

An exciting day in the life of my little ballerina ... Today was her first Monday ballet class. Its a joint g1-2 class, she and her little buddy are the only ones below that in the class. She loved it. Her principal came to me to say how well she'd done and how much she'd learnt in the class. She also loved wearing her lovely purple leotard for the first time.

We'd had an at home day before that- a couple of hours of music, an hour rehearsing her solos, lots of play. We also went to see one of the moth trail moths that Katie had passed before and wanted to show me. But the purple leotard class was the biggest bit of the day, for sure! I got demonstrations on the way down the path immediately after class. My tired little ballerina was ready for bed for sure!
