Camp Bestival Day #3

Today was Fancy Dress Day!
Evie & Marley were dressed as Silly Swimmers (complete with arm-bands, swimming goggles, medals wig & swimming cap), Ferguson as Spiderman (surprise surprise & Gracie was Tinkerbell.
Alexander took the prize I think, with his Afro Ballerina.. complete with pink tutu, leis and curly moustache....

We headed pretty much straight to the Castle Field to watch The Gruffalo, and then headed to our Wedding. It was much more or an occasion that I think we both realised. Alexander got suited up & then then it was my turn to get dressed in the big white gown and veil.

When I came out the tent with the 4 children in tow, there was loads of people around taking photos, like a real wedding!
When I got into the (big inflatable) church, it was packed! Alex was stood nervously at the front beside the Vicar.
The service progressed with Ferguson hiding himself amongst my borrowed wedding dress. We "exchanged" rings, said "I Do" and then had a Wedding Disco song before emerging out into the sunshine to a photographer & spectators.
We got our Big Love Wedding Certificate and an official photo. It was fun!!

Jimmy Cliff served as out honeymoon before dressing as Bees....
Ferguson and Gracie had a big afternoon doze whilst Alexander drew a Tottenham Hotspur tattoo on my arm, whilst half drunkedly watching some trippy Insect Circus.. (acrobats dressed as huge Grasshoppers, Spiders, Beetles...)

A stint on the bouncy castle for F&G brought the afternoon to a close...
