Feeling much better today, will probably be all set to return to My Studies tomorrow. And see how much work the catch-up process involves...

Tinkered around with bits and bobs around the house, nothing too strenous, a recovery day, including fitting the New Cleats to the New Shoes to fit the New Pedals for the New Bike. The rate I'm going I might actually get to ride it sometime this week.
