Rowan and blue sky
I'm in danger of becoming obsessed by the sheer abundance and redness of the rowans this autumn. This tree, with its berries picked out in a shaft of sun, is on the shore road at Toward.
My extra photo is of the shore along the Ardyne, with some rather pleasing yellow flowers against the intense blue of the sea and some lovely piled cumulus above Ayrshire in the distance. And it felt like summer this afternoon, chaps - summer!
