Evening, Lancaster

Dan's beloved guitar teacher, Mr Kellett, has stopped teaching at school but has agreed to take Dan on as a pupil at his studio in Lancaster. It appears that slots are at a premium as, for now, at least, he can only fit Dan in at eight-thirty on Wednesday evenings.

Dan is at that age where one minute I'm amazed at his talent, intellect, humour and brilliance, and the next I'm worried that he would think taking a toaster in the bath so he could make snacks would be a genius idea. So, I don't expect him to grasp quite how inconvenient this new arrangement is; he's just delighted to be having guitar lessons with Mr Kellett.

So it was, then, that this evening he was up in the Lancaster Guitar Studio while I amused myself on the streets of Lancaster with my 'proper' camera. Mind you, I could have done with my tripod, too.
