Crap company

Cross Country trains delayed us by over an hour and failed to get us to our booked destination, but due to a technicality they are refusing to make a £14 refund.
Amazing that a company will risk being made to look like sh*ts for such a trivial amount.
Well this is the first social media put down, Facebook and trip advisor to follow.
