More Tomatoes

This year has been a great one for tomatoes.  I have cooked three big pots, given away as many as I could and eaten more tomatoes than ever.  They are delicious and in a few weeks I will miss them greatly.  Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches with Caprese salad tomorrow for our road trip to Quebec City.
